ANDERSON Brian Peacefully on Tuesday 9 April, 2024 at Hillbro Nursing Home, Baildon, age 75 years, Brian John, the dearly loved husband, best friend and companion for 53 years of Gillian, much loved father of David and Rosemary, proud granddad of Ewan and dear father-in-law of Jon. Former Environmental Health Manager, Pollution Control, Bradford Council, 1967 - 2017. Highly respected Deputy Musical Director, trumpet and cornet player and arranger of music of the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service Band. Former bandsman of Hall Royd Methodist Band, Haworth and, Skipton bands and, former conductor of Giggleswick and Settle Brass Band and, Fresh Aire Concert Band, Bingley. A Celebration of Brian's life will be held on Friday 17 May, 2024 at 12.45pm at Shay Grange Crematorium, Long Lane, Shipley, BD9 6ST.
