A CHARITY boxing show is taking place at Bradford's Midland Hotel tomorrow.
Chyvonne Davey and Femi Fehintola have organised the event in aid of the Bradford Hospitals Children's Charity, because it is looking for help towards buying things such as game consoles, iPads, sensory toys and other things aimed at making a child's hospital stay less daunting.
The organisers said: "We chose this charity as it's our local hospital and we want to do something that's close to everybody's heart. Unfortunately we all know or have known somebody who's had a child have a stay in hospital and we know how frightening that can be for all involved.
"We have a great group of local lads that have trained hard for eight weeks to make this a great event and have all had one on one training with former professional boxer Femi Fehintola.
"We also have some fantastic prizes to raffle off on the day!"
Doors open at 1pm for VIP guests and 2.30pm for standing guests. The first fight will be at 3pm. Food for the VIP guests has been provided by Pakeezah curry counter.
Tickets to the event are still available to collect from the Daisy Bank building at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
