A MAN has been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing in the middle of a Shipley street on Saturday.
The incident happened at around 2.30pm and involved a man in his 30s, seemingly being chased, running into the road where he was hit by an oncoming BMW. He was then pulled out from under the vehicle and stabbed.
A 45-year-old Bingley man was arrested at the scene, and has since been charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
He will appear in Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court this morning.
The victim, a 32-year-old was airlifted to Leeds General Infirmary where he remains in a stable condition.
