ROLL up, roll up... the circus has come to town in Peel Park, Bradford.
Planet Circus, which does not feature animals, is bringing its fast-paced shows to the city until Sunday, said ringmaster Paul Martinez.
Among the acts are eight motorcyclists speeding around inside a steel cage at over 60mph, award-winning jugglers direct from the Monte Carlo Circus Festival, Wild West whip-crackers from Australia and clown Andrea Delbosq, who has been watched by millions on Tonight at the London Palladium. The Globe Of Death act will star 17-year-old Peter Pavlov, Europe’s youngest stunt rider, who has been with the circus since he was eight.
Mr Martinez said: “Year after year the show just gets better and better, we have gone from being one of the smallest to one of the the biggest in the UK.”
Shows start at 5pm and 7.30pm on weekdays, 2pm and 5pm on Saturday and 1pm and 3.30pm on Sunday. E-mail planetcircus@hotmail.co.uk or call 07563 727206
