Prospect Change won the New Business of the Year award, sponsored by Joseph Parr Bradford

Passion, determination and values have helped bring success to consultancy business Prospect Change, set up by Ruth Geddes and Jennifer Anderton.

Ruth said: “Jen and I are absolutely overjoyed that Prospect Change has been recognised as Bradford’s New Business of the Year 2023 and whilst we have always been so proud of the work we do at Prospect Change, to receive this external recognition from the city in which we were born, have lived, raised families and built a business is an absolute honour.

“Starting a new business is such an incredible adventure that is full of highs and lows, moments of incredible joy and happiness and moments where you just have to take the plunge and hope you swim and not sink. Our passion, our determination and our values based approach has been instrumental in the success we have realised to date.”

She said the awards were very motivating for Bradford businesses and she thanked everyone who had been involved in the planning, coordinating, presenting, reporting and sponsoring.

This award celebrated those companies in the region which set up in 2022 and demonstrated imagination, sound planning and exceptional marketing delivery. This coveted award recognises the region’s brightest new businesses and the contribution they make to the region in the future.
