The winners of 2023’s Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Awards in Bradford have been revealed.

Brought to you by the Telegraph & Argus and LOCALiQ, along with our partners the Bradford BID and The Broadway, the awards celebrate success and achievement in the sector.

The Broadway was transformed from a shopping centre to the setting of a special, glittering awards ceremony.

David Nowakowski, the co-host of daytime TV show Loving Living Local on the FOX21 channel in Colorado, presented each of the 10 awards.

Catering was provided by the established Bradford restaurant, MyLahore.

Here is the list of winners at 2023’s Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Awards in Bradford.

  • Hospitality Venue of The Year - The White Horse

  • Retailer of The Year - Moss & Moor

Sponsored by Mitie 

Moss & Moor opened in February 2021, and as a garden centre has won numerous industry awards. Its restaurant is listed in the Good Food Guide and also won a commendation for its brunch offering. It also won Regional Catering Offer of the Year at the Garden Centre Association Awards.

The salon has actively supporting the Greengates and Apperley Bridge Community volunteers' group since 2018.

  • Hotel of The Year - The Great Victoria Hotel

The Great Victoria Hotel is the only hotel in the city of Bradford credited four stars by the AA. 

  • Customer Service Award - Oxenhope Pharmacy Team

Oxenhope Pharmacy Team was nominated for its efforts to become part of its community.

  • Leisure Venue of the Year - Tickles Music Hall 

Tickles Music Hall was established two years ago and since then has continuously hosted three or four live music events weekly.
