WHO remembers calling in at El Greco for a frothy coffee?
The city centre cafe, pictured here in 1968, was one of many cafes and coffee houses in Bradford.
Sadly, most of them have closed over the years. It was a sad day in Bradford last year when Fountains Coffee House closed, after 55 years in business.
The popular family-run, at the Oastler Centre was opened in 1968 by Paul and Mary Georgiou, whose son Michael later took it on with wife Stella.
Fountains was one of many family-owned cafes in Bradford, along with El Greco, Truly Scrumptious, the Acropolis and the Italia, in Great Horton.
People have cherished memories of these cafes - of shopping trips with parents and grandparents, meeting friends and going on dates.
Which ones do you remember?
