SIR - Pizza Corner on Tong Street was given a zero food hygiene rating after an inspection by the Food Standards Agency last month (T&A, March 26).
That so much was found to be wrong, and it is presumably a safety hazard for customers, was appalling.
Why, one wonders, was this takeaway not closed immediately until action was taken to substantially improve matters? That should surely have been the first consideration.
