BULLS fan Daniel Lanfear yesterday became the prize-winning 1,863rd member of the groundbreaking 1863 Members Club.
The 12-year-old from Clayton, who plays for West Bowling and attends Thornton Grammar School, will receive a new away jersey, feature in the club's product promotion and assist the first-team squad at next Saturday's unveiling of the new club captain.
“It gives us great pleasure to welcome Daniel to The 1863 Members Club – as the 1863rd member!” said a Bradford Bulls spokesperson.
“While all supporters act as the lifeblood of this fantastic organisation, we pride ourselves on creating a family environment for everyone to enjoy.
“With that in mind, it is wonderful for us to have another youngster on board, getting behind the Bulls for 2015.
“Daniel will be able to benefit from so much after 'joining the club', including the fact he will take in all of next year's action for under £2.20 per game.”
The 2,000-members mark is now fast approaching, with club officials expressing their delight at the support being shown by the Bulls' loyal fanbase.
