BRADFORD boss Eamon O'Carroll has named his 21-Man squad for Friday night's Betfred Championship opener against Wakefield Trinity, and has confirmed that he'll be without two of his newest signings.

Keanan Brand has been recalled back to the Leigh Leopards to help with a number of their absentees. The Super League outfit have suffered several injuries and suspensions in recent weeks.

Corey Johnson will also be forced to miss the game against Wakefield Trinity after picking up an HIA injury in the Leeds vs Leigh reserves game on Saturday.

Other noticeable absentees include John Davies who misses out due to suspension, while Jordan Baldwinson, Eribe Doro, Eliot Peposhi, Ben Blackmore and Ebon Scurr all continue with their respective recovery periods from injury.

New loan signing from Warrington Wolves, Lucas Green has been thrust straight into the action in what Kieran Gill is calling a "Super League" esque fixture.
